Terms of service

Scope

These terms apply to the use of the Moxmore website. The services described on the site are for general description and are not a binding offer. A service starts with a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties; if the agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Results and guarantees

How advertising, search and social platforms work, as well as competition and market conditions, are outside our control. For that reason we do not guarantee a specific number of sales, rankings, clicks or messages. We run the work in a planned, measured way and report results in plain language.

Fees and payment

The service fee, scope and payment schedule are set in writing after a conversation. Any figure shown on the site is an example and does not replace a proposal.

The ad budget is not included in our fee; it is paid directly to the ad platform with your payment method and does not pass through us.

Ad accounts and access

Ad and measurement accounts are opened in your name and remain yours. At the start we access accounts with read-only permission; more access is given only with your written approval. You can remove the access at any time. The platforms' own rules must be followed.

Your responsibilities

The information you give us must be accurate and up to date.

The product or service you promote must be lawful, and you must hold any required permits.

Images, text and reviews used in ads and content must be yours or you must have the right to use them.

No fake reviews, purchased followers or misleading claims will be requested; we do not do these.

Site content

The text, design and other content on the site belong to Moxmore and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. You may not use the site in a way that harms it or disrupts its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or interruptions by third parties outside our control (ad platforms, hosting, payment providers). The upper limit of our liability is set out in the agreement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Late payment

If the fee in the agreement is not paid on time, we reserve the right to pause the service until payment is made. We will tell you in writing before pausing.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by reasons beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, fire, transport or communication outages, or unexpected changes by platforms. Lack of funds is not force majeure.

Termination

The conditions for ending the service and the notice period are set out in the service agreement. If it ends, the ad accounts and your data stay with you, and we remove the access you gave us.

Entire agreement, severability and assignment

These terms and any signed agreement replace earlier communications on the same subject; changes must be in writing. If one provision is found invalid, the others remain in force. Neither party may assign its rights and obligations under the agreement without the other's written consent.

Governing law

Turkish law applies to these terms. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over disputes.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page; the date at the top shows the last update.
