What data we process

What you send us: your name, phone number, email address, your business name and activity, and the content of your message.

Once you become a client: business details, data that comes with access to ad and measurement accounts, figures needed for reporting, and billing details.

When you visit the site: we do not use cookies or analytics tools. Our hosting provider may keep technical logs (IP address, browser information) for security and operation.

Why we process it and on what basis

To reply to your request and prepare a proposal: steps before a contract and legitimate interest.

To deliver the service and report on it: forming and performing the contract.

Invoices and tax records: legal obligation.

Marketing messages by email or chat: only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only when needed to provide the service, with: hosting, email and messaging providers (for example WhatsApp), advertising and measurement platforms (for example Google, Meta), our accountant, and authorities when the law requires it.

Some of these services may run servers outside Turkey. We follow the applicable rules for transfers abroad.

How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as needed for its purpose and for the retention periods the law requires (for example invoices and ledgers). After that we delete, destroy or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can ask whether we process your personal data, ask for information, ask us to correct it, delete or destroy it, object to its processing, and learn who it was shared with. If you are in the European Union you can also ask for data portability and complain to your supervisory authority. In Turkey you can apply to the Personal Data Protection Authority.

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you that have legal effects and rely solely on automated processing.

Security

We try to protect your data with reasonable technical and organizational measures: access only for the people who need it, access to accounts by invitation (no password sharing), and removal of permissions when the work ends. No method can provide absolute security.

Cookies and measurement

We do not use cookies or tracking tools on the site today. If we add analytics or ad measurement later, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Our clients' data

As a client, you open the ad account in your own name, and the payment method stays yours. In the first period we access ad and measurement accounts with read-only permission. The roles of the parties for the personal data of your own customers are set out in writing in the service agreement.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed at children; we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Unwanted messages

We do not send promotional messages you did not ask for. Apart from necessary service correspondence, we send messages only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

Changes

We may update this text. The current version is published on this page; the date at the top shows the last update.
